University of Canberra Building 17 – Bruce

The Hazardous Chemicals and Dangerous Goods Bulk Storage facility in Building 17 required upgrading to ensure compliance with latest legislative standards. Our scope of works included the construction of three specialty chemical storage buildings, replacement of the roof on an existing building, replacement of a dilapidated retaining wall, construction of a new office and amenities area for staff. While on site, Cercol also repaired and updated existing pavement slabs and security fences to ensure the compound remains safe and secure.
