Rectification Works Towns Crescent Apartments – Turner

These works were undertaken at an apartment block of 18 units to rectify damage and prevent ongoing issues caused by water ingress resulting from a leaking façade, with leaks around windows and sliding doors throughout the complex. Major internal and external works were required.

The external works involved removal of existing cladding, installation of new cladding, and waterproofing using specialist products which complied with current Australian Standards.  Internally we repaired damage caused to the apartments due to water ingress. This encompassed replacing damaged skirtings, door frames/reveals and architraves, repairing ceilings and walls, painting works and carpet replacement.

Cercol received a Professional Excellence award from the ACT Chapter of the AIB for our work on this project.
