Arthur Circuit Dual Occupancy Residence – Forrest

This project involved completion of the original design and construction of a new two storey dual residence with basement car park.

The main aim of the project was sustainability with precast concrete insulated panels utilised together with in-floor heating, natural air cooling and courtyard nature areas. We excavated and waterproofed the basement area, erected structural steelwork, fully fire proofed the structure, burnished the concrete floors, installed zoned heating, and a three stop lift serving both units.

Both units can be separated at a later date if required.
