Peter Henden


Arriving in Australia in April 2011, Peter is Cercol’s English import. After successfully impressing the Cercol team, Peter migrated to Canberra with his family and has immersed himself not only in our building industry but also our culture. He was the 2013/2014 President of the ACT chapter of the Australian Institute of Building and has been awarded the status of Fellow for his work within the Institute.

Peter commenced his career as a trainee Contract Surveyor in 1984, in which time he gained vital skills and experience. After completing his Higher National Certificate in Construction, Peter took over the role of Project Manager. From here he worked on numerous Government projects, was promoted to Branch Manager by his employer company and successfully completed his building degree course with the Chartered Institute of Builders.

Having worked in the industry for over 30 years, Peter has an unparalleled depth of knowledge ensuring the successful delivery of projects within the public and private sectors, ranging from maintenance and minor works to major construction projects on greenfield sites. Peter also has an impressive portfolio of heritage works including the restoration and extension of a 13th century English church to Canberra’s Old Parliament House and RMC Duntroon heritage properties.

Peter is now a Director of Cercol, focussing on our future in the 21st century.

Antonio Pochi


Antonio joined the Cercol team in July 2014 on a part time basis as a building cadet while completing his Bachelor of Building and Construction Management/Bachelor of Law degree at the University of Canberra. After completing his degree, he joined Cercol full-time gaining experience as a Project Manager and Estimator. Antonio became a Director of Cercol in 2019.
